NOVA’s Ajvar making tradition

To bring a beloved Macedonian tradition closer to our international colleagues, we organized a 'hands-on' event where we prepared our local delicacy - ajvar. Our international colleagues learned how to roast, peel, grind, stew and can the traditional dish, while socialising over the process. The process was enjoyable, but the best part was tasting the ajvar over cheese, wine, and great company.
