The challenge to care for our well-being in order to thrive in our pursuits has never been more relevant. Young people, making the transition from high school to university and college, face this challenge acutely.  With this need in mind, alumni and current students have been working together to create a support network, called UniPals, for transitioning students to have a Nova alum as a mentor to support them through a transition that they have experienced themselves.  Personalized contacts are made for each senior who signs up. ,NOVA senior, Georgina Kominovska presented the UniPals support opportunity to the senior class. Georgina co-leads Unipals with Nova alum, Tea Angelevska.
