Week without walls, letter to NOVA families

Dear parents / guardians,

Week Without Walls (WWW) is an inquiry based educational program that provides exciting opportunities for NOVA students to learn about the world through the eyes of an experiential learner, and to build relationships with one other. It is an integral part of school’s prescribed course of study, required for grades 9, 10 and 11, and it consists of various educational projects and trips taking place during the period of September 21 – 28, 2019.

All procedures, guidelines and projects / trips descriptions have been uploaded on weekwow.weebly.com. Please visit this site, familiarize with the program requirements and offered projects / trips, and assist your child in making the project / trip decision that best supports his / her strengths.

Please note that each NOVA student selects and registers for his / her preferred project / trip, and NOVA does not assign students in particular groups and projects / trips.

The registration commences on August 21st and ends on September 6th. Please find more info about the registration process on weekwow.weebly.com

Meetings between parents / guardians, students and teachers responsible for each project / trip will take place on September 19th at NOVA. Parents will be informed additionally about the time when these meetings will start.

We look forward to having an exciting program in September, focusing on student learning and camaraderie. If you have any concerns or questions regarding this program, or you would like to help with any aspect of the organization or implementation of these or future WWW projects / trips, please do not hesitate to contact Aleksandar Ristovski (aleksandar.ristovski@nova.edu.mk)
